EUROPEAN NEW CAR ASSESSMENT PROGRAMME (Euro NCAP)

Euro NCAP, European New Car Assessment Programm

An assessments in the area of Safe Driving.

Specifically for Occupant Status Monitoring and Speed Assist Systems

벨기에 루벤에 위치한 유럽의 자동차 안전 평가 프로그램으로, 1997년 2월에 첫 결과가 발표됨.

차량의 안전 등급은 유로 NCAP에 의해 설계되고 수행 된 일련의 차량 테스트에서 결정된다.

이 테스트는 간소화 된 방법으로 자동차 사고로 사망하거나 사망 할 수 있는 실제 사고 시나리오를 나타낸다. 현실에서 일어날 수 있는 다양한 사고 유형인 전방 충돌, 측면 충돌, 보행자 충돌 등 다양한 방식의 테스트를 진행하고 이를 결과로 공개한다.

일반적으로 다음과 같은 항목을 테스트.

• 정면 충돌 시험(100% 충돌, 40~50% 충돌, 25% 옵셋 충돌 등)
• 측면 충돌 시험(돌진 충돌, 기둥 충돌, 구조물 충돌 등)
• 차 대 차 충돌 시험(동급 차량 충돌, 대형차 vs 소형차 충돌, 화물차 충돌 등)
• 전복 안전도 시험
• 좌석 안전도 시험
• 보행자 안전도 시험
• 제동력 시험
• 유아 보호 시험

안전 등급이 현실 세계의 복잡성을 완전히 포착 할 수는 없지만 차량 안전성과 안전성 기준을 적용하여 지난 몇 년 간 가져온 차량 개선 및 기술은 유럽 및 사회 소비자에게 진정한 이익을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

별등급

별 등급은 5는 최고, 0은 최악을 나타낸다.

• 별 5개: 충돌 보호 성능이 전반적으로 우수하며 포괄적이고 강력한 충돌 방지 기술이 잘 갖춰져 있음.
• 별 4개: 충돌 방지 및 모든 면에서 전반적으로 우수한 성능을 가졌음.
• 별 3개: 탑승자를 보호할 수 있지만 최신 충돌 방지 기능이 있지는 않음.
• 별 2개: 어느 정도의 충돌 보호 기능은 있으나 충돌 방지 기술이 부족함.
• 별 1개: 충돌 보호 및 충돌 방지 기술이 거의 없음.
• 별 0개: 형식적인 승인 기준을 충족하여 합법적으로 판매할 수 있지만 중요한 현대 안전 기술이 부족함.
